Important Notice!!

To ensure the best delivery experience we require that Route Insurance be purchased for UGG ,Sprayground, Joya, New Balance 990 and all orders over $150.  When you check out for your order, please make sure that the turquoise colored shipping protection option is checked on. 

Please note that orders that require Route Insurance but do not have it added on will be cancelled.

Quantity Limit of Purchase

  • Only one item is allowed to purchase per customer for UGG Tasman, Cozy, Tazz. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is suspected as being a reseller.

Shipping Methods and Charges

  • All packages are shipped from Queens, NYC. Delivery times depend on how far away you live from Queens. Keep in mind that these transit times include business days only, not weekends or holidays. 
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 for footwear & apparel only.
  • USPS will only be used for PO Box shipments.  (PO BOX deliveries are not promised a next business day delivery)
  • All orders placed Monday - Friday before 3 PM EST for in-stock items will ship out the same day, any order after will go out the next business day.  This excludes holidays classified by UPS & FEDEX.
  • NYC & TRI STATE area customers who order by 3 PM EST will typically receive their orders the next business day by UPS!

(Please keep in mind that due to the high volume during the holidays, there may be slight delays to usual expected delivery times.  We do however stand by our promise that orders received by 3PM will get shipped out that day as received.)

UPS & FEDEX provide next business day service for regular ground shipments for addressed within a 150 mile radius of our location in Flushing Queens.  We have a team that is ready to serve and we will get your orders out quickly.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, holidays do not count as a business day as per carrier policies.
  • You will receive an email notification when your package has been shipped. If you have not received any notification with a tracking number please email or call us at orders@shoevillage.com or (718)762-1990.

Return Policy

HOLIDAY 2024-25 POLICY

Orders received 12/1-12/15/24 may be returned for a refund with the latest received date of 1/15/25 for the return.  Any orders received after 12/15/24 follows the regular store policy.

 

Please send us an email first for a return to orders@shoevillage.com to give us a heads up.

Valid for returning orders received within 30 days of purchase otherwise the return would be refused or refunded an amount less 30% for the restocking fee. 

Option 1:  We can provide a prepaid Fedex Return label for the cost of $10 which would be deducted from the refund amount.   If you want us to provide the return label, we will send a return link by e mail with the condition that you acknowledge this policy in accepting the return label. 


 

You will be able to drop off the package at any location that is an authorized Fedex Drop off locations including many major retailers.

Exchange Policy

For the most part we do not offer exchanges online, but rather encourage customers to place another order for the desired exchange item for faster receipt of the pair needed. 

If you have a special request for an exchange please email  orders@shoevillage.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request when possible. 


Returns & Exchanges FAQ’s


How long do I have to return or exchange my online purchase?

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you, for either an exchange or a refund. Please note that our in-store policy is 14 days for a refund, 30 days for an exchange. This is to allow for shipping times both ways. 



How do I return my purchase?

May I return my online purchase in your brick-and-mortar store?
No problem. Please make sure to bring a proof of purchase like your order copy.

How long do I have to return or exchange something I purchased in your store or online?

Items purchased in our brick-and-mortar store must be returned for a refund within 14 days & can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 

Where is my refund? 

We will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase to your credit card as quickly as possible, usually within one business day of receiving your return. An email is sent automatically to you when we have issued the refund. However, these credit card transactions are not instantaneous, and it may take up to five to seven business days for a refund to make its way through the banking system and post to your account. To verify that you received your refund, you may want to contact the card issuer first for the most up to date information. If you still need assistance in determining whether the refund transaction has been processed, please feel free to contact us.

Do you ship to a different address than the billing address? 

Yes we do. However please note that any order that is not approved by Shopify Fraud Protect may not be shipped and canceled.  We reserve the right to cancel any order that is potentially fraudulent or deemed as a risky shipment.

At www.shoevillage.com, complete security for customer transactions is our primary concern. We want you to have as much faith in the security of your transactions as you do our products and services.


For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.  Paypal is also an accepted method of payment payable to orders@shoevillage.com



Sales Tax Policy

Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to a location within the state of New York. Because charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

Purchases for footwear & apparel items $109.99 & less does not get charged tax if shipped within the 5 boroughs.

Purchases for items $110 & more is 8.875%
