Shipping & Returns

Return Procedure:

1)  Request a return or exchange by email to orders@shoevillage.com

2)  If you would like us to give you a quote for a return shipping label, please let us know and we would be happy to check the cheapest shipping method for you.  We would then email you a label and deduct that amount from the refund.

3)  Once the return is accepted at our warehouse, we will inspect the shoes and complete the exchange or issue the refund within 1 business day. 


Returns & Exchanges Policy:

How long do I have to return or exchange my online purchase?

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you, for either an exchange or a refund. Please note that our in-store policy is 14 days. This is to allow for shipping times both ways. 

How do I return my online purchase?

Please send us an email to orders@shoevillage.com to give us a heads up.

May I return my online purchase in your brick-and-mortar store?

Not a problem. Please make sure to bring a proof of purchase, like your order copy.

How long do I have to return or exchange something I purchased in your store? 

Items purchased in our brick-and-mortar store must be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

Can I return a worn pair of shoes? 

Sorry but worn shoes will not be be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Do I need to contact you first for a return or an exchange?  

Yes all returns must be approved.  Please email us or call us in order to start the process. 

How many times can I exchange a pair of shoes?  

The first shipment back to you is on us, any additional exchanges will have to be charged for.

If I am returning for a refund is return shipping free? 

Sorry but we do not offer free return shipping.  Any shipping charges that were charged are non-refundable.  In the event there was a charge for shipping the amount refunded will be the amount of the purchase minus shipping charges.  We can offer to send you a call tag to make it easier for you to process the return, otherwise you may ship them back to us prepaid via UPS, USPS or FedEx.  If a call tag is issued the cost for the return shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount.  Example:  The shoe cost $80, the return shipping charge is $10, you will be refunded $70.

I ordered something Internationally can I send my order back for an exchange or a return

Sorry but International Orders are considered final sales so they are non refundable as well as non exchangeable. 

Can I ship my shoes back just in the shoe box taped up?

All returns must be in original packing and condition.  Any package shipped back not in a shipping box will be refused.Please do not simply tape up the shoebox and place the shipping label on the shoe box to ship back.  These type or returns will be refused.

Where is my refund? 

We will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase to your credit card as quickly as possible, usually within one business day of receiving your return. An email is sent automatically to you when we have issued the refund. However, these credit card transactions are not instantaneous, and it may take up to five to seven business days for a refund to make its way through the banking system and post to your account. In other words, banks are very fast at taking your money, but slow giving it back. To verify that you received your refund, you may want to contact the card issuer first for the most up to date information. If you still believe you did not receive your refund, please contact us.
