Returns & Exchanges Policy:

Please send us an email first for a return to orders@shoevillage.com to give us a heads up.

FAKE SHOES RETURN IS A CRIMINAL!!  
All our brand products have all its original tags and stickers. If the items return with no tags , the return will be rejected then it would be reported to the counterfeit department of government for the investigation. 

Worn shoes(or with no tag and label, sticker off) will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.  
If received in worn condition at minimum a 50% restocking fee will be charged.

Valid for returning orders received within 30 days of purchase otherwise the return would be refused or refunded an amount less at least 30% for the restocking fee.  

Any package shipped back not in a shipping box will be refused. Do NOT simply tape up the shoe box and place the shipping label on the shoe box to ship back. Please see below to see an example of what NOT to do.

DO NOT DO THIS:

Option 1:  For your convenience we can provide a prepaid Fedex Return label for the cost of $10 which would be deducted from the refund amount.  If you want us to provide the return label, we will send a return link or a return label by e mail with the condition that you acknowledge this policy in accepting the return label. 

You will be able to drop off the package at any location that is an authorized Fedex Drop off locations including many major retailers.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges online, but rather please place another order for the desired exchange item and process the original order as a return.  For exchanges only, shipments that were sent with a paid shipping charge will receive a full refund excluding any Route insurance charges.


Returns & Exchanges FAQ:

How long do I have to return or exchange my online purchase?

You may return your purchase within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you, for a refund.This is to allow for shipping times both ways.  Please note that our in-store policy is 14 days for a refund, 30 days for an exchange. 

 

May I return my online purchase in your brick-and-mortar store?

Not a problem. Please make sure to bring a proof of purchase, like your order copy.

 

How long do I have to return or exchange something I purchased in your store? 

Items purchased in our brick-and-mortar store must be returned for a refund within 14 days or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

 

Can I return a worn pair of shoes? 

Worn shoes will not be be accepted for returns or exchanges.  
If received in worn condition at minimum a 50% restocking fee will be charged.

 

If I am returning for a refund is return shipping free? 

Sorry we do not offer free return shipping.

 

Are shipping charges refunded?

No, shipping charges are not refundable

  

Can I ship my shoes back just in the shoe box taped up?

All returns must be in original packing and condition.  Any package shipped back not in a shipping box will be refused. Do NOT simply tape up the shoe box and place the shipping label on the shoe box to ship back.  This is savage behavior!  These type or returns will be refused upon delivery or will be returned to you at your own expense.  We would never ship anything in this manner and simply ask for the same courtesy back.

 

Where is my refund? 

We will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase to your credit card as quickly as possible, usually within one business day of receiving your return. An email is sent automatically to you when we have issued the refund. However, these credit card transactions are not instantaneous, and it may take up to five to seven business days for a refund to make its way through the banking system and post to your account. In other words, banks are very fast at taking your money, but slow giving it back. To verify that you received your refund, you may want to contact the card issuer first for the most up to date information. If you still believe you did not receive your refund, please contact us.
