HOLIDAY POLICY

How long do I have to return or exchange my online purchase?

All orders dated from 12/1/25 - 12/25/25 can be returned for a refund if received by 1/10/26

Please be advised returns received past the allowed return date may be refused or refunded with a minimum 30% restocking fee.

RETURNING COUNTERFEIT/FAKE SHOES IS A CRIMINAL ACT!!  
All our products are 100% authentic received from the brands directly.  Any item returned that are found to be counterfeit will be rejected & reported to the appropriate authorities.

Worn shoes will not be accepted for returns or exchanges & rejected back to sender.  
If received in worn condition no refund will  be given.  Any item received with no tag, label and original box, sticker off or that is received that is deemed not sellable as a new item will at minimum a incur a 50% restocking fee.

Any package shipped back not placed within a shipping box will be refused. Do NOT simply tape up the shoe box and place the shipping label on the shoe box to ship back. Please see below to see an example of what NOT to do.

Option 1:  For your convenience we can provide a prepaid Fedex Return label for the cost of $10 which would be deducted from the refund amount.  If you want us to provide the return label, we will send a return link or a return label by email with the condition that you acknowledge this policy in accepting the return label. 

You may drop off the package at any authorized FEDEX Drop off location.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges online, but rather please place another order for the desired exchange item and process the original order as a return.  For exchanges only, shipments that were sent with a paid shipping charge will receive a full refund excluding any Route insurance charges.

* If your order received free shipping but you are returning items that make the order less than $150 please be advised that $9.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.

May I return my online purchase in your brick-and-mortar store?

Not a problem. Please make sure to bring a proof of purchase, like your order copy.

 

When can I claim for the route insurance?

You should claim within 30days from the delivery date.

 

Can I return a worn pair of shoes? 

Worn shoes will not be be accepted for returns or exchanges.  

 

If I am returning for a refund is return shipping free? 

Sorry we do not offer free return shipping.

 

Are shipping charges refunded?

No, all shipping charges are not refundable

If your order received free shipping but you are returning items that make the order less than $150 please be advised that $9.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.


Can I ship my shoes back just in the shoe box taped up?

All returns must be in original packing and condition.  Any package shipped back not in a shipping box will be refused. Do NOT simply tape up the shoe box and place the shipping label on the shoe box to ship back.  This is savage behavior!  These type or returns will be refused upon delivery or will be returned to you at your own expense.  We would never ship anything in this manner and simply ask for the same courtesy back.

 

Where is my refund? 

We will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase to your credit card as quickly as possible, usually within one business day of receiving your return. An email is sent automatically to you when we have issued the refund. However, these credit card transactions are not instantaneous, and it may take up to five to seven business days for a refund to make its way through the banking system and post to your account. In other words, banks are very fast at taking your money, but slow giving it back. To verify that you received your refund, you may want to contact the card issuer first for the most up to date information. If you still believe you did not receive your refund, please contact us.
